Just signed up, today. Hoping to be a contributing member, vs hanger on. I own a 78 CJ7, with a glass tub, 1 3/4" lift, straight6, and, a good ol' 3 speed. It's a work in progress. I'm still nitpicking through the previous owner's lack of wiring skills.

Is it just me or the angle of the pic? The drivers side tire looks like it is turned more than the passenger side.

It was. That was a pic that was sent to me, by the previous owner. Cause was loose wheel bearing. That was the first thing I fixed. (among many)

I've seen new complete wiring harnesses advertised. If it is really a mess, it might be worth just starting with a new harness.

They were good, but, I put all new in, all the way around. Not taking any chances.
