Noisy suspension during winter months.

I'm experiencing a problem with my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When the temperature is below 0 degrees celcius and I drive over a dip in the road the Jeep will make a very loud and annoying creaking noise. Last winter they replaced all the shocks on the Jeep and it resolved the issue for a short period of time. Now, again I'm faced with the same problem this year. Before this Jeep I had a 1999 Grand Cherokee and the shocks was replaced on that truck twice in one winter.

Has anyone had this problem or something similar? If so, please let me know what your solution was to the problem, besides trading or selling it.

It could be possible that the rubber spring insulators are freezing up causing your noise.[addsig]

I'm not sure if this will help, but when my cherokee made lots of squeeking noises I lubed the swaybar bushings. They caused a majority of all the squeeks when I pushed up and down on the front end and rear end.[addsig]

I'm not a mechanic, so what would you suggest I do. The local dealership just keeps replacing the shocks. I know the Jeep is still under warranty, but I would like to get this resolved even if it does cost me extra over and above the warranty.[addsig]
