Number 2 cylinder misfire

3.6L


Jeep runs run rough and backfires.
Number 2 cylinder misfire code that I can not get rid of.
Changed the number 2 coil.
Changed all 6 spark plugs.
Did not help. Possibly made worse.
Swapped number 2 and number 4 fuel injectors with no change.
Tested power to all injectors and all coils. Everything has power.

What brand and part number plugs? It makes a difference.
Have you completed a compression test? Stuck valve possibly?

Champion plugs.
Has good compression and passes a leak down test.
