opinions...best low budget lift for 04 jeep liberty?

looking for a 2.5"-6" lift for my 2004 jeep liberty...I just need some ground clearence to keep from bottoming out in the trails and i want to be able to tuck 31x10.50 nitto grappler tires without fender modification....i have about a $400 budget for the lift...just looking for some opinions.
