Hey, I'm trying to restore my 1972 CJ5, and wanted to know if anyone out there happens to know what kinds of colors/color schemes that year came in.

Go to your local auto paint and body supply store and they will most likely have a list of orginal colors and maybe even trim package information. Tug

tomorrow at work I will look and see what I can find. We sell Dupont paints and I know we have the books back to 72, but I'm not sure what it will say about schemes. I will let you know what I find in a post tomorrow. [addsig]

I do have dupont color chips available for 72, however, I don't have any information on origanl schemes. I will try to contact dupont early this week and see if they have any information.[addsig]

I'm sorry, I didn't get your last post until after I left work. I called and left a message with my dupont rep, so hopefully she will be able to get me some info. I will get you as much information on the color chips we do have monday evening. [addsig]
