power brake swap?

have a 79 cj5 with man. brakes they have got to go looking to go to power brakes i know i'll need a booster master cyc. can i use the calupers and wheel cyl. that i have or will i have to swap those out as well

On my 85 CJ7 I just added a booster and new master cylinder, along with a new air filter housing (the power brake booster would hit the old one).

I don't know if this applies to your CJ7 or not though.

i have used cherokee boosters and masters before because they are in readily boneyards and cheap. i just cut the rod and weld one of those long nuts and make a threaded end for the brake pedal side of things to make it adjustable and the last one cost under $25.00 bucs to do.
