Problem posting on website

When I attempt to post on the site using IE 11, I am getting an odd rapid blinking of the cursor. I don't know how to explain it really. I am having difficulty typing because of this. I find that I have to hit a letter 3 or 4 times before it appears in the message box. I've tried rebooting. It still returned to this problem the next time I attempted to post. I went to a different forum and did not have this problem.

Computers settings are the rabbit ears of the millennium!



Computers and websites are like the TV and antennas of the 50-80's get some aluminum foil, tent it over your wifi antenna and hold on while standing on one leg. It's likely Java or web settings.

Oh and check the vertical and horizontal hold.
