Project "organ donor" complete lol

Ok everybody so im finally back. My 4x2 to 4x4 swap is complete and works perfect. Unfortunately I lost the phone that had all the build pics on it so all I can show you is the end result.
As far as projects like this go it was very easy(as easy as it COULD be anyway). All of my pedal mounts were the same, flexplate bolt pattern was the same, bellhousing bolt pattern was the same, the hardest part was cutting a hole in the firewall for the slave cylinder(clutch master cylinder).
Basically I swapped my 2wd automatic AW4 transmission for the Peugeot BA 10/5 5speed transmission with the NP231 t-case. I swapped my front and rear axles for the 4x4 front axle and rear axle all out of my 87 XJ Pioneer donor Jeep.
Here's a rundown of the total cost of everything,
Donor XJ: $450
Front brake rotors for new 4x4 axle: $80
New brake pads: $30
New pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch disk and pilot bearing from perfection clutch systems: $186
Various fluids: about $50
2 more used 31x10.50's to make all sizes match: $40
Total cost of build: Around $800
Not bad for an 88' 4x4 XJ with a 2" lift and 31's lol here's some pics:shades:

Good luck with the BA-10 they aren't known to be all that tough. That being said my step father has a 87 YJ with one and it has over 250k and is on it's second clutch.

Ya that's what I've heard, so im gonna take it easy on it for the most part, regular maintenance, etc. But if it ever does go then i'll definitely be finding and AX-15 to replace it lol
