What does it sound like? A squealing noise? It could be the water pump. Got any more info?

ya it sounds like a loose bike wheel lol, and a high pitch sqeel, i also checked to see how loose the fan was and it was a lil wobbaly...

Wobbly where? At the shaft, or at the pump? Are you dripping any fluid from the front of the engine? Either way, it definitely sounds like something is going awry, so I'd get it fixed pronto. I had a waterpump go bad in my old '77 Datsun PU, sheared the shaft and put the fan through the radiator. Pretty pricey, even back in the early '80s.

ya it was wobaly at the joint between the fan and the pump, i decided to go ahead and put it in the shop today, i think i cought it early, because their was no leaking anything but a lil bit of coolent, but that only happnes when i turn on the air, ran perfect besides that, no smells or overheating or anything but he sqeel form the fan, i also am going to have the serp belt fixed if needed just in case....

Was the coolant leaking from the waterpump housing? That's usually the first sign that the water pump is going out. There's a little seep hole at the bottom of the housing on most engines where it will just make a few little drips come out every now and then...until it gets worse, then it'll leave a puddle. Glad to hear you got it into the shop. What all did they find wrong with it?

Yeah, howd it turn out. I sounded like a bad fan clutch to me.

LOL. I just caught that! Percocet makes you see funny things and makes you see things funny! :)~
