Can some one rate the Mud Brutes for me?

I can get a set of 33's for $450.. mounted and balanced... if I drive a ways (45 min) to get them... just wanted to know if they are worth it.....?

I cant find them online anywhere to compare prices.. but still $100 a tire seems good to me

Re: RE: Re: The death of Hunter S. Thompson

Probably a different tire sold under another name. Kelly and Cooper do this alot.

The price is certainly right!

I already told the guy to get them for me... they will be on friday .. $450 total ... 33x12.5

about the mailorder stuff .. i cant find any 33's for this guy's price (online or otherwise)

do I need an alignment after they are put on?

You needed to have an alignment done right after you did the first shake-down run and retightened the bolts on that new lift. Just swapping tires won't require you to do an alignment.

Re: RE: Jeep Jeepster

ok, so its the lift that causes it to need a new alignment.... I do need to recheck the bolts... I drove to school about 100 miles and I can now hear it creaking somewhere in the front end

RE: Remington Mud Brute

Ya, re-torque all the bolts on the lift. Creaking is usually normal.

No allignment after just tires, but you do need one after the lift.

i have a set 315/75r16 on mine and i bought it lifted and ready to go transmission broke so swapped in motor and transmission out of a broke chevy i had and took it out today and they rocked i crawled a trail bout 5 miles long. its a bad place to be and got to some really soupy mud at the mud and went through it in two wheel just slung the mud all over the thing

Quite a few people run them here. I have thought of trying them myself, I think daytona or dunlop does make them. I have asked a few people that run them how they like em and they said they were fine but pack up some in the mud.

Decent tire, looks just like a Maxxis Buckshot or any of the other MTs in that style. Be aware they run a bit small so they'll measure out closer to 32 than 33.
