Replacing steering stabilizer.

1979 Waggy.

I am going to replace my steering stabilizer. I bought a new one from Napa and it has these dark-colored, thick, washer-looking things in the package. Two of them have a bevel and the others are just thick and flat. I have the shop manual for my Waggy and it does not show these thick washers. Also, my current setup does not have them. So, my question is this- is this a multi-application package and I simply don't need those washers?

The Napa kit is a multi application setup. The waggy should have washers on each end of the bushings when bolted to the stud.
