I'd like to get new padding for the cage...the original was just too far gone to clean so it wound up getting cut off. I've looked at a few places and dont understand why they all seem to skip 1991. They go to 1990, you have the obvious change in 92, and then in fine print is says "no kit available for 1991"

Is there some sort of difference between what was put in between 1990 and 1991?

if you don;t have a family cage, then no. sport cages are the same

Hmmm...dont make any sense then. Like 3 different places..."no kit for 1991" I Dont get it.

Try to find a company that insulate pipe. A supply house for industursal AC , ( HVAC ) Though you would need to cut it to fit.
Ask for rubatex. You will need to know the OD of the pipe and how thick you want it. They come in 6' lenghts. Also ask for the glue for it.

just buy the 1990 kit if you have the old style or a 92 kit for a family style

Jeep used both styles for 1991, it was a switch over year. The same roll bar was used for 87-91 and 91-95

Nah, your goimg to have to go to lowes and get some 2" pipe insulation and make your own
