seat belts

I have a 92 yj and my rear seat belt is all coiled up in side. how do you free the belt.

Hey guys I was told this site was the best out there so any info on this problem I have would be greatly appreciated.

The seatbelt has a pendulum inside that locks the seatbelt if it's in any position but perfectly level in its mounted position. You have to get it in the perfect position for the pendulum lock to release.

install 5 point harnesses and window nets.
