i picked up a haynes manual from pep boys for $15... it works fine for me, and it covers 84-2000 cherokees...
as for a dealer manual, i guess it depends on what year YOU have... if its too old you might be only able to get them from ebay... but a phone call to your dealer should be your first step.[addsig]

the haynes and chiltons are fine publications, however they are not even close to factory manuals. they're what the dealer's use and go into much more detail than the aftermarket pubs.
well worth the $50-ish cost if you plan on doing any thing beyond changing oil and plugs.[addsig]
