smoother ride for a YJ

i recently bought my first jeep. i purchased a 95 YJ with a four banger. anyways i was looking at some lift kits, nothing major to start out maybe just 2 1/2 to 3 inches. i'm planning on doing a little off roading, but most of my driving will be to school and back. would a coil spring conversion kit give me a smoother on road ride? if so what is the best kit to buy? or should i go with a high quality leafspring lift like OME or BDS? thanks in advance[addsig]

Congrats on the new jeep!

I would go with a leaf spring lift cause its an easier modification and cheaper.



And with a 3 inch lift and bigger tires you get into the issue of gearing,your 4 banger is not going to like it.

Driveshafts may also need to be lengthen[addsig]
