Check out E-bay using "Jeep plow" as a search. Most of the major plow mfgs make a mount for TJs. Usually a 6.5' or 7' plow although I have heard of guys running 8 footers. I have an old Western with a converted mount on my "95YJ & it is great for driveways.
By the way...the plow doesn't really mount to the axle...theres a bracket that hangs below the bumper & the frame that the plow pins to.
