Spider gear nightmare

I have a 2000 model Jeep Wrangler Sahara addition. With a Dana 35 with the 307 gears. I've done tons of work and replace lots of parts because there is a popping noise in the rear end. I ordered a new spider gear kit. And I'm in the process of replacing it. I ended up having to pull the Punkin out and I'm struggling to get the gears in! I'm sick of hearing how ithow easy it is!!! Lol. Any advice???

Which part are you struggling with? You should have been able to do it with the carrier inside the axle housing.
