starting problem

We have 1998 cherokee jeep sorts (petrol automatic) and we are having problems starting it. The engine will turn over but does not fire up.

It will be fine for 2 or 3 days then suddenly nothing

any ideas please

2.5 or 4.0? Check the connector to the CKP sensor.

try neutral most likly bad conection on cps conections may need remove clean and try again if nothing i'd replace it
