steering wheel position

My 88 yj steers perfectly straight and stops straight .My steering wheel appears to be facing to the right Somebody suggested to me to pull wheel and put it on at correct position
I would think I would have to adjust drag link to get wheel straight. What are the odds somebody messed with the steering wheel that's why iam thinking drag link. Any opinions appreciated

You do not pull the steering wheel off to adjust, the steering wheel only fits on the column shaft one way.

Length or shorten the draglink to recenter your steering wheel.
