sway bar install


thats it. it doesnt weld to anything though the ubolts go into it to hold the springs to the axle housing and the swaybar bolts to the stud on the side.
 
i think your right. its a cj on my yj thats where the swaybar mounted. my mistake only one cup of coffee so far.
 
in what way are they different?
The TJ swaybar link is mounted on a bracket that's above the axle tube and welded with the axle assembly. The CJ is a stud similar to the shock mount that is part of the leaf pack bottom retaining plate that sits on the lower end of the axle tube. The diameter of the holes between the CJ and TJ are also different, the CJ's has a larger hole and their lenght are also different. CJ's are longer.
