The First Bite of Winter 2018

Awoke to 1/8 inch of ice covering everything. Many trees haven't lost all their leaves. So, the ice weighs them down and breaks branches. There has been power outages in spots around town. I might even loose a nice dogwood tree due to the ice. The leaves are still green on there and the weight of the ice has the tree bent almost in half.

Nope ! We may have to go through hell to get to heaven. What not a better way to go then in a jeep.
