Toe-in specs

I have a 1988 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer 2 whl drv that is way out of alignment and out of adjustment in the tie rod any one got specs on toe-in.
Drivers side tire seems to be straight with steering wheel, passenger side tire points way right. any help appreciated

Oh come on somebody surely knows the toe-in specs to help out an old jeep owner.

I usually set the toe-in at about 1/4" depending on tire size.
