Transfer case swap

OKay I realize that the best thing to do would have been to buy the Rubicon, but I already own the Sahara(2008 JK). I want the reduction that the Rubicon has in the T-case. Will the Rubicon T-case bolt on? Can I re-gear the Sahara T-case? What's the best option here?

It will bolt up be another option is the Rubi Crawler. It's a doubler so you would have a 2wd low, 2.72 4lo and 7.40 4lo. It bolts in between the transmission and t-case and removes part of your stock transmission so no drive shaft mods are necessary.

or just buy an atlas. the cheapest I've seen a Rubi T-case was around $800, for about the same price ot just a little more you could have an used Atlas which is far stronger.

Now that three speed cases are all the rage; the older 2 speed cases are really coming down in cost.
