Transmission Woes

Ok here goes,
Removed tcase had it rebuilt, installed tcase.

Forward gear work fine but reverse grinds/whines, sounds like, when you go from drive to park while driving...

93, 4.0, TF999 & NP231


What did I do wrong?
Linkage?

Does it go into gear smoothly, or does it constantly pop out? I can't give any transmission tips, but I have had Jeeps that won't go into gear due to body lifts (and floor pan clearances). Probably not the case here though.
