Tub switch

I have a 85 cj7 w/ 4.2 and I am going to switch tub and fenders to a better one as soon as I finish painting it. How tough will it be?
Any tips or suggestions that could make things easier would be
greatly appreciated. Build thread to follow...

depends alot on your mechanical ability, but it really isn't that hard just takes a good deal of time. i would invest in pb blaster, impact wrench, and 2 good sets of torx bits they often brake. i've read that people brake the body bolts alot when trying to remove them, if you do just weld a nut on the stud and keep trying,
take steering loose at sector. radiator support, fenders and hood off. any wires and hoses on the fire wall off. shift boot and anything else attached to body and frame and slowly lift it up. if u don't have a lift take everything out of the tub to make it lighter and take pictures to help your memory when putting things back.
i'm sure more people will have more to add, but this should get you started
good luck,
