Undoing a body lift

My '05 TJ has a 3" dealr installed body lift that I'm considering removing. If I do this, I will also be replacing the oversized wheels & tires with standard size 17" or 18" Wrangler wheels/tires. Other than the obvious removal of the lift blocks and replacing the longer bolts, what other mechanisms will need to be addressed if I do this?

Watch all wiring, AC lines, etc when moving the tub back closer to the frame. Also take a look at the transfer case linkage and undo whatever modifications were made to get it to work with the body lift. The fan shroud was also likely modified for the BL.
