upper control arms ??????

i was wondering when i build my lift.... if i build a 4 inch lift should i have the upper control arms longer or should i just keep them stock... and makes longer upper control arms beter. because i was looking at the fulltraction 4 inch lift and it doesnt come with upper control arms and the flex it preety crazy[addsig]

I'd keep the uppers stock and have adjustible lowers :-D [addsig]

hoe would i go about making adjustable lower control arms i dont think that i a have ever seen those before.[addsig]
