What lift should i get

I just bought a 96 grand cherokee 4x4 with 318 and i want to lift it..alot.. what is a big lift i can use and what is the biggest tires i could fit under it? I want to be able to put 37's under it. How much lift would i need?

Are you planing to cut the fender wells out a bit or what. That is going to be one big ol jeep. More than likely going to need to regear and SYE and ect..... This is going to be something to watch so take a bunch of pics and let us ee the work in progress. tug
