Generally no. Drivetrain lengths vary, with the 4.0L auto being the longest. The shorter rear driveshafts increase the chance you'll need a TC drop at lower lift heights. All you can do is try it and see.
You also have the option of using a motor mount lift to improve rear driveline angles.
You can add a 3/4" spacer to the front budget boost to compensate for the winch.
