XJ motor mounts

I've got to replace my motor mounts soon. I know they can't be in very good shape as they are original and I don't want to ruin the new SS exhaust manifold I put on there 2000 miles ago.
How difficult is that job? How much time should I allow?

Not difficult, about 30min per side. Support the engine with a floorjack and 2x piece of wood between the jack and the oilpan.

the passenger side motor mount is a bear if you take the bolt out, because it cant slide out because of the oil filter, unbolt it from the block then the frame. drivers side is a breeze tho

What brand would you guys go with.
How about Moog or TRW?
