Check the fuel pressure regulator, I was having the same issue, replaced everything I could think of and the pressure regulator ended up being the issue.

Just an option: most decks that do not have a aux input but do have a CD changer control that can be converted into an aux in (typically RCA inputs). This is how I plug my iPod in, I picked up a $20 converter that just plugs into the changer control and I have a cable with RCA to 3.5 mm jack.

Ditto. And buy a good one (can't remember the brands right now). I had to replace mine, got the cheapy and had to replace it again 6 months later. The one I have now is going strong and it was only ~$15.
