I am having trouble learning my garage door control in my 2000 Grand Cherokee Limited. I follow the instructions (clearing memory, holding down target button while holding down garage door opener button, releasing when the menu says learned) but I have not been able to get the darn thing to work. The instructions say that it should take close to a minute to learn the device but when I have the two buttons pushed it only takes about 3-5 seconds before the display says "learned".
