I'd go with a 1pc. axle. $400 for D44, I don't see the D35 axles. not sure how much you know about the rear end on you jeep, but the rear axle now is 1 piece(two if it broke), the axle shafts are conected to the axle hub (where the wheel gets bolted on), and on a 1pc. it's all ONE piece. You'll never break this on the road (but please don't try!) and most come with a warranty, mine came with a 10yr. but in order for me to return them, I can't have done any modification to them, what if they break on the trail and I need to weld it together to get home! Well they found their loop hole, I haven't broken it yet, and I don't hold back fromany trails. Hope this helps, you may not need a 1pc. with a 4cyl., due to power.
