Replace your vacuum plugs, if it still does it try to seal off the throat of your carb( I use my hands) see if it chokes it down.. If it does keeps chasing for vacuum leak if not check fuel mix or timing

I think its the timing. I went redneck and duct tapes the the holes to see if thats the problem. Nada so il mess with timing this coming weekend

show your uncle those cracked plugs. you may have several areas where plugs, or hoses are cracked. If you havent touched the timing or done anything that would change the timing I wouldnt mess with its settings. I feel pretty confident that you have a leak somewhere. Or several small ones. Scratch the timing thing... I reread previous post and sounds like you just got the jeep and this is how it was running, so varifying the timing may be a good idea. Let us know what it is.
