if the CTS is sending the wrong temp signal to the computer then it could be telling it the motor is cold and overfueling (kinda like the choke with a carburated motor)
Think I got it fixed! Found a broken o ring in throttle body (injector o ring). Had gas in my oil so I changed oil and now hopefully everything is good.
