Lifting the 99 WJ

I stole the wifes 99 WJ as my daily commuter. It sits far to low for me and I need a little more height so the honda civic drivers stop looking down at me. ;-) I was thinking of the 2" coil spring spacer budget boost and then the 245/70r16's. Since this will only see on road driving, do i need a kit with the bump stop relocators, or will just the spacers be enough?
