Major rebuild

Hey guys, I'm asking for a little help. I just aquired an 88 Cherokee. It has been rolled but has a rebuilt 4.0, trans and transfer case. I'm thinking about putting the motor trans and transfer case in my 90 YJ. Also the axels on the 88 has spring perches on the top of them. Will they work for my spring over? I'm going to add a SYE, new drive shafts, 35" tires and 2" lift springs. I found out the 90 has a 2" body lift also. What kind of problems am I going to get into here? The 4.0 is fuel injected which will be a big help on many of the trails here in Alaska. I got a smoking deal on this 88...$200.00 and the motor, trans and case only have 500 miles on the rebuild. Thanks for the help. Tim

I forgot to add I'm making bumpers--2" X 3" steel double tube to act as my on-board air tanks also, 2.9 gal volume of air with all the connections to run air tools on the trail and a winch to be installed later.
