i have a couple tires that im going to choose from because i can get decent prices on them. im looking at either a 35 or 36x12.5x15. i have a choice of BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 Rwl, Dunlop Mud Rover Owl, Maxxis Buckshot Mudder Owl, Remington Mud Brute Owl, or Summit Mud Dawg Rwl. those are my options that i know of right now. i do a little bit of offroading, but mostly street driving. when i do get off road, its usually not in mud, but i do sometimes encounter mud. if you know other tires that a good with a decent price feel free to let me know.

Thanks Guys

if its more a dd do a BFG AT thell take what ever terrain you throw at them nicer ride also and don't howl on the hwy and you'll be happy with them

my buddy had the BFG at on his tocoma that was 2-wheel drive and we made it through some pretty sticky stuff so yea that would eb good too, i dont really mind the howling, i have PRO COMP mud terrains on now and they are pretty quiet.

not sure any of those tires come in a 36" variety.. I'd get the bfg MT, the BFG AT are nice, but the 35" tire only measures about 33" tall.

if they only measure 33" why do they call them 35"

lots of tires don't measure what they truely are, it just is what it is.

example;

34" LTB's measure close to 32.5"
38 tsl bias measure close to 36"
I just got a set of 42" Irok stickies.. 40.75 inches mounted at full pressure on H2 wheels.

on the other hand..
36" irok bias measure over 37"
Q78 is supposed to be a 35" tire, measure close to 36"
43 TSL SX is closer to 44.25"

a lot of it has to do with the carcass, the mold, maybe ??

The Buckshot wears realllllllllllllly fast and the 35 is closer to a 33. A lot of 15" tires are like that but the 16 and 17s tend to be closer to what the sidewall says.

im thinkin about the BFG A/T or the BFG M/T, which one would be best for mmain use on road and occasional off road in mud and trails?
