Signal light electrical issue

When I activate my right signal light, the front and rear passenger side lights blink rapidly. Also, the reverse lights blink in both the left and right rear signal's. The rapid blinking only happens when my headlights are on. If they are off the reverse light problem is still there, but not as fastwhen the headlights are on.

Has anyone come accross this problem?

First, Check all the Bulbs and make sure they are all working. second, Check your Grounds for loose connections. if all that checks ok, check the Wiring harness to the rear of the Veh. that connects the rear lighting to the front for pinched or chaffed(rubbed through) wires..
