tow hook bolts

I have a custom made tow hook bracket with chevy hooks. It works like a CHARM!!!

HOWEVER, I have a slight annoyance of having my swaybar click/clunk against the rearmost mounting bolt that goes through the frame. I was wondering if there is a negative to grinding down the bolt slightly to make room for the swaybar to move. It brushes against the bolt when I hit a bump/hole/etc...

note : I plan a 3" lift, maybe this might move the swaybar at a different angle with the new discos.

Anytime you get it blue or red your messing with the temper. Be a shame to have a bolt fail, would probably be OK, but why take the chance. Take it out cut, it with a hack saw and give it squirt of water once in awhile to keep the heat down, while cutting, why not cheap insurance. Can also do the same with a grinder, but require almost a continious stream of water.
If you had stock tow hooks disregard. If you didn´t might want to add a 3-4 " piece of angle between the frame and front cross member at the inside corners.
I neglected the strenghtening at the inside corner for my front cross memeber and tweaked it a bit, before I caught on.
