My '99 TJ has 15" x 6" wheels. The new wheel's I want to put on are 15 x 7. I want to put on 31 x 10.5 BF's. The wheel's have an option to come with a 6mm backspace. Is this reqiured for this tire/wheel combo. I don't have a lift as yet, I plan to get a coil spacer/ levelling (2") installed shortly after.

Thank's for any feedback,

6mm backspacing isn't enough, and doesn't sound correct for most jeep wheels.

The 15 x 7 wheels are not factory, the 15 x 6 that are on now are factory though. The wheels I want don't come in 15 x 6, so I was wondering if there is anything I need to consider if I go to this new size.

Most all wheels have backspacing, and it's often measured in inches by jeepers and millimeters by wheel manufacturers. Stock wheels run around 5.25" backspacing, while many aftermarket wheels have 3.5"-4" of backspacing so the tire sticks out a little farther, while giving a wider and more stable track width.
